Lori interviewed on CTV, CBC about massive Listeria-related food recall

A series of Listeriosis cases, including 2 resulting in fatalities, related to frozen fruits and vegetables were traced epidemiologically to a single processing plant. Over 400 products, many of which were distributed through big chains such as Costco and Target in Mexico, the US, and Canada were affected by the subsequent recall, which included products dated as early as 2014. Lori provided commentary on the nature of the disease and possible danger to the public for CTV and CBC news.
